Autonomy, Mastery, Purpose.
Any good leader should be apply to instill those ideas in their organization. Especially if you are
Beta – “Elisabeth” only to her birth certificate – is a senior officer in a global non-profit: The Society for the Promotion of Goodness. She has been steadily advancing in the organization – showing herself capable of increasingly complex and challenging problems. But then there was the last board meeting, which ended with consequences which no leader should face.
And then there is Pinky. He and Beta share a common task that falls out side of any formal organization. I should be easy to complete and essential to get done.
It’s a play about board meetings.
It’s a story of trust.
It is a reminder that everything has a context.
