No Reason

Telephone call between Evelyn and Vinny.  It is similar to the ones we have done in the past.  Evelyn wants Vinny to go to Washington  because she thinks the project needs him.  Vinny doesn’t want to go and has no good reason to say no and so he keeps sidestepping the issue.
