All Go Kaboom

After trying to retrieve a drone delivered package on the Capitol Grounds, Victor is arrested and taken to a policy station, where he is questioned by police chief Rory Mahoney

Rory Mahoney is a small town cop in DC who is friends with famous politicians.   Victor Numerov is, of course, Abby Alton’s assistant.  Most every thing he does is legal but often doesn’t look that way.  He is also a bit cautious about revealing what he knows.  It is part of holding on to power.  

Emma Darling is Rory Mahoney’s long suffering assistant.  She believes that she actually runs the policy station and that her principal job is to keep Mahoney in line.  If she doesn’t crime will run rampant in the district.  She probably chews gum and would be played by Jean Harlow.  She is tough.  She takes no guff from him.
