I Know Who You Are

A scene between Chad Dockerly, Victor Numerov and Yasmin.  It reveals Dockerly to be less substantial than we thought and Victor to be a little more questionable and a little more scared than we realized.  It occurs on Capitol Hill behind one of the House Office Buildings.  Abby is waiting in a car to talk with Yasmin.  

If we were to hear the talk, it would not be questionable.  Abby wants an honest assessment from Yasmin and feels that it will be better if she does it away from other people.  It also suggests that she is trying to strengthen the bond with Yasmin.
