Farming From San Francisco

Talking and Shopping CEO Ed Kowalski is backed into firing his friend, Benjamin Capardi.  Capardi runs the large T&S server farm in Oregon but works out of his home in San Francisco.  He is not making his numbers and is a little fast and loose with his numbers.  Ed tries to protect him and cut a deal.  Alton shames him into firing him.  The episode is framed by Vinny and Evelyn trying to figure out what to do to strengthen the team.
