The two leaders of Talking and Shopping, CEO Abby Alton and CTO Ed Kowalski, have their first interaction.  Kowalski wants a greater role so he can demonstrate the value of Talking and Shopping.  Alton is concerned with balancing how she’ll represent the company and contain Kowalski at the same time.
